We are part of the Quayside Group based in Manchester and when ordering with Brilliant Ink you get every drop of our experience and expertise, as well as the smoothest ordering experience around.

Hopefully we don't need an FAQ for 'how to order' as the website has been designed to make it super straight forward. If you're not sure though then here is a quick run down.

You can select a product first by shopping our t shirts or hoodies. Select your colour and hit 'customise'. Add your design or text and once you're happy go through to select sizes and quantities. Then add to basket and checkout. Simple.

You can even cut out product selection by hitting the 'create' button in the navigation and you'll be taken straight into the product configurator populated by default by our best selling t shirt.

As standard all orders are made to order and delivered to you in 5 working days. If you want it super fast we do offer an express service charged at a flat rate of £19.99 to jump your order ahead of the queue.

We deliver across the UK

As standard orders are made to order and delivered to you in 5 working days. If you order on our express service before 12 noon you should receive your order the next working day. Express orders placed after 12 noon will be delivered in two working days. Working days are classed as Monday - Friday and exclude bank holidays.

We strive to meet our delivery estimates but they are not guaranteed. In the rare event we are late to dispatch an express order we will refund the delivery charge.

Mainland UK delivery is £5.95 or free when you spend over £50

In the rare event your order is faulty please contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and provide a refund or replacement. As all goods are made to order we cannot accept returns or refunds where we are not at fault. Please pay particular attention to size guides before ordering.

When customising you see a live preview. Our preview shows you the correct product as photographed by the manufacturer. The location of the print on the garment is a close representation of what you will receive but there may be some minor variation between a web preview and the final print location.

When you're buying for a charity, team or business in bulk you get a saving. This is because we can be much more efficient when printing bulk runs. If you order between 5 - 9 of a product you save 10%, beween 10 - 99 you save 20%. Order over 100 pieces of a product and you receive a whopping 40% off.

Please wash our garments at 30 degrees. Not only is this better for the environment, but will make sure the print keeps it's vibrancy for a long time.

No. Do not tumble dry custom printed products.

No, please do not iron the prints. The garment areas that have not been printed are OK to be ironed as per the manufacturer label but please do not iron over any printing.

The print method we use can sometimes leave a faint smell which will come out on the first wash. Most of the time you won't notice anything, but if you do then please rest assured it is not harmful (no nasties are used in our print process) and will disappear entirely after the first 30 degree wash.
